We received a Seagate 500 GB 3.5″ hard drive which was not being detected by the operating system, the user was interested in the data, and not the hard drive.

Our Diagnosis

According to the user, the hard drive is not detectable but we checked that the media was working fine, but it didn’t matter because the user wanted the data from the hard drive.

Our Process

“In order to find the solution, first we need to find the problem”. So after we diagnosed the hard drive we came with some theories about how to fix it, and after some time with our special tools we were able to recover Hundred Percent data from the hard drive. Alhamdullilah.
